As freight demand continues to grow, so does the need for innovative, high-quality commercial truck parts, solutions and smart trailer technologies that help fleet-based companies operate more efficiently. Harker will play a key role in guiding the company\u2019s financial strategy as Phillips continues to grow its market share and innovate on behalf of its customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Harker assumes oversight for the financial health and strategic financial direction of Phillips Industries, Phillips Connect and Phillips Europe. He brings decades of leadership experience to the company\u2019s financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting that supports long-term growth and profitability.
